Second lunch here on this visit to Torino. A really genuine local experience. The food has a bit of a Sicilian feel as the owner and Chef Alessandro both come from Sicily. Our lunch (see photos) was 65 Euros.

Pricey but wow! Our last meal before leaving Italy and what can I say this has not disappoint us at all. Found this little gem on Google map review and though we’ll give it a go. If you like art , This place is very interesting! Many painting on the wall and deco, looks more like someone living room then a restaurant. As you inspected from what the place look like, the food itself taste like great home made comfort food with a touch of Michelin star presentation. Has really knock our socks off, absolutely great Annoyingly the downside is that the English manu are very difficult to read as it’s hand writen and need an update for the future. But if you struggle like me to read it, you can always ask for recommendations of what to get.

Very interesting place lots of pictures on the wall very eclectic. Only had one waiter though he was helped by the owner and a woman. I had risotto which to my taste buds was way too salty and I could only have a few bites. Husband has a pasta dish which he said was very good. The menu was hand written and we couldn’t read it all.

I had some guests over from Germany and I invited them to this restaurant to let them try Piedmont's dishes. The dinner was delightful and the restaurant is very classy. We had a shared entrée, first courses, desert and fine wine for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is elegant and all the dishes are typical from Piedmont, with a touch of Sicily too. My friends and I got very pleased. Recommended!

Restaurant was recommended by our Hotel, the Turin Palace Hotel. Cute rooms with red checkered tablecloth and eclectic art on the walls. Place was pretty empty when we arrived at 8 PM, but by 9 PM every table is full. Lots of local locals. Excellent food – had beef cheeks with polenta, fillet steak with green peppercorn sauce and baked potato And two desserts. And six euros side salad. That was ample. Had a reasonably priced- excellent bottle of Barbera de Alba. Nice soft tanins and fruit forward. Awesome dessert selection and was difficult to decide which ones we wanted. The menu now comes handwritten in English if you want it to make it a lot easier. We always get one English and one Italian menu. The people taking care of us were incredibly friendly and helpful.
